Once your order has been successfully processed you will receive an order receipt from Oztix via email. It may take up to 2 hours to receive your actual tickets, however most people will receive it within an hour. If after 6 hrs you have not received an order receipt from Oztix please email email@example.com with your name and email address and they can look into it for you..

PAY OVER TIME FAQS
Why is Pay Over Time charged more than an upfront purchase?
There are additional processing and administration costs in offering the pay over time function. Unlike many other payment options out there, we do not penalise you with large interest charges in the event of a payment default.
I've booked my ticket with my first installment paid. What happens now? When will payments be deducted?
Your 2nd payments will be deducted 14 days after your initial purchase. If you purchased on the 22nd August, your next payment will be on the 5th September
Oh No, I missed a payment! What happens now? What should I do to avoid losing my tickets?
In the event of a default, you will be sent an e-mail and it will try again the following day. If you default again we will try a 3rd time the next day. If its 3 strikes, you're out and you will have to contact Oztix to reinstate your schedule in order to secure the tickets.
I'd like to pay out my ticket early. Can I do this and secure my ticket now?
Yes you can, contact Oztix and we can make all the payments at once.
